What is the Emotion Code?
Do you feel your present is being held hostage by your past? It might not be your imagination! The premise of the Emotion Code is that the energy of past emotions can literally become trapped in your body, affecting your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health. We believe these Trapped Emotions could be keeping you in patterns of self-sabotage, grief, depression, lack, failure, chronic pain, and heartbreak.
A unique aspect of The Emotion Code is The Heart-Wall.
“If you experience severe emotional trauma, your subconscious mind may form an “energy wall” to protect your heart from grievous injury. We refer to this protective shield of energy as the “Heart-Wall.” It is made of a collection of trapped emotions which are wrapped, layer-by-layer, around the heart. Clearing The Heart-Wall is a top priority when working with The Emotion Code as it sets the foundation to get into deeper layers.
The Emotion Code was developed by Dr. Bradley Nelson and employs kinesiology, and muscle testing (energy testing) to access the subconscious energy of the body. The Emotion Code is a tool that can actually “change the programming” in your brain, physiologically, so that you can be free of the negative patterns that have been holding you back!

Working with a Certified Emotion Code Practitioner allows you to receive the benefit of the technique as developed by Dr. Bradley Nelson, and the experience a Practitioner brings to you. A Certified Practitioner completes a series of tests and reviews of client sessions to be sure the technique is being employed correctly.
My clients range in age from babies, children (and animals!) to people in their 60s-70s. I have many clients in their 20s and 30s that have realized that The Emotion Code is an effective way to release known and unknown trauma that is keeping them stuck in negative patterns. Quick, effective, and with lasting results.
I work with business owners, entrepreneurs, and coaches that consider me “one of their team” as a weekly business consultant. I also have a few families where I just work with each person in the family, whoever needs the work the most that week. Young children, teenagers, and adults of all ages (men and women alike) do respond well to this work as it is a physiological change in your subconscious.

Career, relationship, and family transitions, income and abundance blocks, health challenges such as depression, chronic pain, (shoulder, knee, back, headaches), and other physical imbalances such as hot flashes, weight issues, skin rashes, and jaw pain.
How an Emotion Code Session works
An Emotion Code session begins with identifying what you would like to have differently, or what you are looking to have in your life that you don’t have now. This could be something tangible such as money, or material goods, or, it can be a feeling, a thought, a desire to be present or just to wake up happy every day. Many people are aware of their repetitive, negative patterns and responses, and are looking to shift that.
We then begin muscle testing your body’s energy, and find out which emotions to release first so that you will receive the biggest shift within the session time.
After the session, there is some “processing”. When in session, it can feel like “you are just sitting there”. While your physical body is “just sitting there”, your subconscious and “the rest of your body” (mental, emotional, spiritual body) is releasing energy you have stored in your body for years! This can result in a couple of days (or only hours) of being extra tired, or emotional. This normally subsides quickly, and the result of the session is noticed. Frequently Asked Questions
A Certifed Emotion Code Practitioner has completed all of the requirements for knowing everything about The Emotion Code system, and how to implement The Emotion Code as a stand-alone technique, or combined with The Body Code and other modalities. A Certifed Practitioner is competent in clearing The Heart Wall as well.
Some people notice a shift in the session, at the moment, and for others, the processing time is usually around 2-3 days. On rare occasions, a person will take a week or two until they feel they have processed. Processing could be compared to the beautiful rainbow after a heavy storm. It is worth the wait!
It is different for each and every person. I work very quickly and succinctly, such that we are incorporating frequencies and energetic imbalances found on The Body Code system as well.
We would be releasing at least 20 or more Trapped Emotions, as well as other energies found on The Body Code and other systems.
